Buying an appartment? The writing is on the wall

Everyone wants to be proud of where they live.

So does your tenant!

We’ve all been to apartment complexes and been greeted with a passive aggressive note in the elevator from a frustrated property manager that reads:

NO PARTY POLICY; NO THROWING CIGARETTE BUTTS OFF THE BALCONY AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET!!

What if that note read: Free apples in the lobby – help yourself. Or: Sign up to our complimentary fitness sessions today!

We have been noticing great examples of this happening all over Brisbane.

Such a small detail can have a lasting impact on not only your tenants but also their guests. In the current apartment market, it is so important for building operators and managers to be thinking about how to attract and retain good tenants.

A good tenant is the most important part of any property investment. It’s that simple!

Q. BUT… What if there is an important message?

A. There is a modern approach

A message can be delivered without making everyone feel targeted. It’s a basic approach that requires creative thinking without imparting frustration.

What if we could do away with paper notes altogether? That is happening too… A full media integration with the video intercom screen in the apartment and lobby to display housekeeping messages, book the private dining room/theatre, or advertise sales and rental availabilities within the complex.

LOOK CLOSER. THE SIGNS ARE EVERYWHERE!
