Provisions of Service
Apartment Consulting shall provide and perform the Services on the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will do so:
in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice and professional standards;
with reasonable skill and care;
in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including the timescales specified or any Statement of Works;
in accordance with good professional practice.
This is not a valuation report. The current or future value of the property will not be considered in our assessments. Individual category or total scores are not a guarantee of future capital growth or capital decline. Apartment Consulting has no vested interest in the purchase or sale of the property. To gain a better understanding of your property's value, obtain a valuation report from a state registered and Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV).
Consultant
Apartment Consulting shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the same consultant provide the Services in order to maintain consistency and build a relationship with the Client.
Obligations of the Client
The Client shall provide Apartment Consulting with such information and access to such facilities and personnel as Apartment Consulting shall reasonably require in order to provide the Services.
The Client shall make such decisions and provide such instructions as Apartment Consulting shall require and at the time that Apartment Consulting requires to enable Apartment Consulting to provide the Services.
The Client acknowledges that Apartment Consulting’s ability to provide the Services and to meet any timeframe agreed for the provision of the Services is dependent on the Client providing that information and access and providing those decisions and instructions at the times required by Apartment Consulting.
Intellectual Property
Any pre-existing Intellectual Property shall belong to Apartment Consulting and may not be reproduced, distributed or disclosed to a third party without express written permission.
All Intellectual Property that is created in the course of the provision of the Services and in the Deliverables shall belong to Apartment Consulting; the Client shall have a royalty free, perpetual licence to use those rights as envisaged by this Agreement to enable the Client to have the benefit of the Services and the Deliverables for use within the Client’s own.
Confidentiality
Each of us agrees to protect and keep confidential any Confidential Information that is given to us by the other. Except as set out in this Agreement, or where both of us agree otherwise in writing, we will only use or disclose your Confidential Information as necessary to provide the Services to you. From time to time, your consultant will need to contact a representative of the property (agent, developer etc.) whereby you (the buyer) will have the option to remain anonymous.
Data Protection
Apartment Consulting is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

Fees
Fees and pricing can be found Here. Advertised fees are subject to be amended without warning. Any variation of the scope of work will be discussed prior and charged accordingly at the agreed amount. Apartment consulting does not charge additional payment/ transaction surcharges.
Payment
It is industry standard that payment is received at the time of booking. A consultation will not proceed without prior payment. A report will not be provided without prior payment. Payment may be made via our online portal with PayPal, credit or debit card. Cash will not be accepted. Apartment consulting does not charge additional payment/ transaction surcharges.
Report turn around time
Inspect like a Pro! - Instant download once payment has been received. The Score - Please allow up to 24 hours to be sent to the email address provided. The Full Report. - Please allow up to 3 business days to be sent to the email address provided.
Termination
24 hours notice is required for a full refund. Refunds will be made via bank/ internet transfer and may take up to 5 days to process. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@apartmentconsulting.com.au. No refund will be honoured once the report is submitted.
Conflict of Interest
If we identify a conflict of interest in respect of the Services Request at any time, in addition to anything else that we consider necessary to manage the issue, we will notify you and seek your consent to our (or our continued) engagement, or at our sole and binding election, we may notify that we decline to, or will not continue to, act at which point a full refund will be offered.
Limitation of Liability
The consultation service and consultation report is a guide only and our intention is to help you make an informed apartment purchase. Apartment Consulting does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied (e.g. distance from services and size of apartments). We strongly encourage you to seek advice from a professional Property Valuer, Solicitor regarding the purchase of the property. This information is not financial product advice and is factual in natural only. It does not take your objectives, circumstances, or needs into account. Members and representatives of the Apartment Consulting are not licensed to give advice in relation to financial products, including self-managed superannuation funds. You should obtain on your own financial, taxation and legal advice before making any decision.
