Q: Can you advise me which apartment to buy?

A: No. Whilst we do not give advice, we give you the facts and knowledge to make an informed property purchase.

 

Q: I’m look at buying a Brisbane apartment Off The Plan (OTP). Can you give me a score for the apartment even though it isn’t built yet?

A: Yes. If buying Off the Plan, you need to provide us with: Address, floor plans and any marketing material. For a more comprehensive analysis of an OTP apartment, we recommend buying The Full Report.

 

Q: Can you help me find, negotiate and purchase the property?

A: No. We are not buyer’s agents and hold no interest in your property purchase.

Q: What is the difference between The Score and The Full Report

A: The score will assess the apartment on 15 different categories. The Full Report also offers The Score with additional reasoning and justification of the analysis. The Full Report gives so much more detail such as: Previous sales in the complex, developer discussion and their past projects and gives the likelihood of being built out. The Full Report is best for buying off the plan. You also have the option of custom reporting (additional fees may apply).
