The rules:

·        A resale must be genuine (not a developer sale) sold through a local real estate agent with proper marketing between 1st January 2022 – 31st December 2022.

·        The difference is calculated between the original developer sale and the 2022 resale.

·        The complex must be built from 2015 and beyond.

·        The developer sale must be from 2015 and beyond.

·        The assessment is based on inner Brisbane high density apartment complexes.
